Partners

For agencies and channel partners

Close to half of the companies on Plaibook got here through a partner. Usually a marketing agency that wanted to prove its leads were closing, sometimes a fractional COO, a telecom broker or a coaching program. This page is what that relationship looks like and what is in it for you.

The problem

Lead counts start arguments. Closed revenue ends them.

Every agency has had the call where the owner says the leads were junk and the agency says the sales team did not close them. Nobody has the data, so the loudest person wins. Plaibook ties each call to a source and then to whether it became a paying customer in FieldRoutes. That turns the argument into a report.

What the client sees, by lead source

  • Calls received, and how many were answered
  • Close rate, counted from the calls, not from what reps logged
  • Revenue from those closes, pulled from FieldRoutes
  • Cost per closed customer, if they give us the spend
  • Which reps handled the leads and how they scored

If the leads are good and the reps are dropping them, the report says so. If the leads are bad, it says that too. We do not tilt it toward the agency. That is the point.

We wrote up how to run this audit on any pest control account in the marketing ROI audit. The agency-specific version of this page is at /for/agencies.

Who this is for

Four kinds of partner

Pest control marketing agencies

You run Google Ads, LSAs or SEO for pest control companies and you are tired of arguing about lead counts. Plaibook shows which of your leads closed, in the client's FieldRoutes, by source.

Fractional operators and advisors

You sit in the owner's seat part time, often for a PE-backed group. You need every office scored the same way and a number you can put in front of the board.

Telecom brokers

You sell the phone system. Plaibook sits on top of it and pulls the recordings, which makes the phone system worth more to the client and gives you a second conversation to have.

Coaching programs

You teach pest control owners how to sell. A scorecard built on your script means your clients can see whether reps are doing what you taught them, without you listening to calls.

What you get

What the partnership includes

None of this costs the partner anything. The client pays per rep seat, month to month, and everything below comes with it.

Attribution to closed revenue

Every inbound call is tied to its lead source and then to the customer record in FieldRoutes. You can show a client that the leads from your campaign closed at a given rate and what they were worth, instead of a lead count that the sales team disputes.

Free viewing seats for your staff

Your account managers get login access on every client account you bring. Owners and managers are free anyway. You see the same dashboards the client sees, so there is no monthly report to build.

Offline conversions back to your ad accounts

Closed deals flow back to Google Ads and GA4 as offline conversion data, so the bidding optimizes toward calls that actually became customers rather than calls that merely happened.

Co-branded onboarding

We run the setup call together. Your name is on the invite and on the scorecard walkthrough. The client hears one plan, not two vendors.

A shared Slack channel

One channel with you, us and the client. Coaching notes, integration questions and campaign changes all land in the same place. Our engineers are the support team, so answers come from the people who can change the code.

A longer trial for the companies you refer

Partner-referred clients get 45 days instead of 30. That is enough to run a full month of scored calls and see the attribution report with real numbers in it.

Referral terms

Something for the client, something for you

A company that comes in through a partner gets an account credit on top of the longer trial. That is the same credit on the Bug Bux partner card, and it is yours to hand out.

Partners who bring more than the occasional intro get a referral relationship of their own. The shape of it depends on whether you are reselling, co-running implementation, or just making introductions, so we set it up per partner rather than publishing one number here. Ask us for the current terms.

How it works

Three steps

1

Send an intro

Email Tanner with the client's name and what they are trying to fix. A one-line intro is fine. If you would rather they book directly, send them to plaibook.tech/demo with your name in the ref parameter.

2

We run the demo, you can sit in

Most partners join the first call. Some run the whole thing themselves after a few. Either way the client keeps you in the loop because the account is shared.

3

Trial, then a decision

45 days on the real product with their own calls scored. No credit card. If the numbers do not hold up, everyone walks away and you have lost nothing but an intro.

Lead attribution and buyer journey, a sales CRM should solve that, and they don't exist in this market. Solving for all three in one is pretty freaking brilliant.
