Plaibook works with Briostack today. Every call is graded against your own script, linked to the Briostack customer it was about, and if the customer did not book, the AI texts them, holds a real time on the right branch's calendar while they decide, and confirms the appointment in Briostack when they say yes. Briostack stays the source of truth. The transcript never overrides it.
Briostack is a smaller share of the pest control market than FieldRoutes, so this page is shorter than the FieldRoutes one, but the honesty rule is the same: here is exactly what goes in, what comes back, and what does not.

What Plaibook reads from Briostack
Customer records, service types and categories, service area coverage, and appointment availability. Availability in Briostack is service-based: the AI asks for a specific service at a specific branch and gets back the times that branch can do it. That is a cleaner question than a route lookup, and it means the AI never offers a mosquito treatment time to a branch that does not run mosquito routes. Plaibook keeps a cached mirror of the customer and service data and goes to the live API only when it needs a current answer, so the API request count stays low.
What Plaibook writes back
- A slot reservation, which holds a time while the customer decides and releases it if they decline or go quiet.
- A confirmed appointment when the customer says yes. Confirmed, not pending, so it shows on the branch calendar like one a CSR booked.
- A new customer record when the phone number does not match one you already have, or a match to the existing record when it does.
- A communications entry on the customer history with a summary of the call and the text thread.
Plaibook does not edit existing customers, does not change pricing, does not cancel or move anything a person booked, and does not write transcripts or scores into Briostack. Those stay in Plaibook, where managers work. Reps stay in the phone system and Briostack, and coaching arrives in Slack.
How a call gets linked
Phone match
Caller ID against the phone fields on Briostack customer records. One match and the call is linked before the transcript finishes.
Rep confirmation
Several matches or none, and the rep who took the call picks the account in one click or marks it as a new lead.
Created over text
If the follow-up creates the customer, the link exists from the first message and follows the account to the appointment.
What is different from FieldRoutes
Two things, and one of them favors Briostack. The reservation system means the AI can say "I am holding Thursday at 2 for you" and mean it, which closes more text threads than offering a time that might be gone by the time the customer answers. The other is scope. On FieldRoutes, Plaibook also creates subscriptions, sends contracts for e-signature and sends payment links. On Briostack the integration stops at the confirmed appointment and the customer record today. Close rate and save rate are still computed from Briostack records rather than from the transcript. If contracts and payment in the thread matter to you, tell us on the demo and we will scope them; we build integrations free.
Phone systems and setup
Briostack gives us the customer and the calendar. The phone system gives us the recording. Dialpad, Quo, RingCentral, Five9, Nextiva, GoTo Connect, CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics are all live, and the full status list is on the integrations page. Setup is your Briostack instance name and an API key, pasted into Plaibook on a thirty-minute call with an engineer. No setup fee. A month of historical calls backfilled and linked. The scoring side is on the call scoring page, the text side on the AI text follow-up page, other comparisons on the compare page, and general questions on the FAQ.
